Dutch Minister for Foreign Trade Frank Heemskerk presented a keynote speech during the NGInfra/IEEE conference 'Building Networks for a Brighter Future' that was held from 10 to 12 November in The Doelen in Rotterdam.
In his keynote speech, mr. Heemskerk commented on the recent reports on the future of Dutch infrastructures.
