Our New Year’s resolution to build bridges between academic researchers and infrastructure professionals has started with a first positive impuls! At our dynamic New Year’s Dialogue 2010 both parties were challenged to listen to the other; practitioners brought their most problematic cases with them to test the experience and problem-solving skills of the researchers. Did any solution came out of this meeting?
